These two apartments are located in the grounds of a front line property just a couple of metres from the longest natural beach in Lanzarote.

Playa Famara Beach is a popular location for sufers, kitesurfers and naturists. The 5 km beach stretches from the pretty village of Caleta de Famara to the stunning Riscos de Famara cliffs which provide a spectacular backdrop. Half way along the beach is the urbanisation of Playa Famara. This is a development of unusual, semi-circular was built by a Norwegian architect in the 1970s and is now a combination of holiday and residential accommodation. There is a small supermarket on the urbanisation, along with a local bar and restaurant which serves traditional Canarian cuisine.

The Playa Famara Studio and Apartment are in the grounds of one of these bungalows and are in the enviable position on being right on the beach. Just hop over the front wall and the sand is between your toes.

The apartment sleeps 4 people and the studio sleeps 2 people. For larger groups, both properties can be rented together at a discounted rate.

Pricing

Studio: £190 per week for 1 or 2 people
Apartment: £230 per week for 1 to 3 people or £265 for 4 people
Studio & Apartment: Together £410 for 1 - 5 people or £440 for up to 6 people.

Payment can be made by sterling cheque or by credit card using Paypal (subject to a 3.7% surcharge). A 20% deposit is required on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A €30 key deposit is taken by the owner on arrival. This is for the keys to the accommodation and the electronic key for the gate to the urbanisation.
